Sales Training Company Reinvents Itself in the Name of Trust

Indianapolis-based Effective Selling Methods, Inc. has changed its name.
The company, a highly respected business and sales training organization, is now TRUSTPOINTE, INC. It is an authorized licensee of the Sandler Sales Institute. “Our clients have told us we teach them so much more than how to sell,” said president Tim Roberts, “so it was time to change.” Roberts has taken an evangelical approach to his position in training, claiming that relationships of value do not take place until a solid base of trust is established. “Trust always determines not only the length of a selling cycle, but affects the length of the relationship as well,” said Roberts.
