Knock, knock. Who's there? Could be your customer

In his article in the Business Section of the Indianapolis Star, March 12, 2007, writer John Schwarb does a good job of capturing the basics of Targeting an Audience. Filled with tips from Roundpeg Founder, Lorraine Ball, accountant Larry Marrietta, and specific examples from business owner Kent McCool, the article is a must read.

Lorraine Ball is always great for a kick in the pants! She has a way of cutting through the class clutter and giving you the "nuggets" of information that are the most crutial...as in this article.

It's good to be reminded that the target audience is in need of constant focusing. As the owner of a custom frame shop (and brand new expanded art gallery) which has just moved to Fountain Square, I just moved my "bulls eye", so I need to re-focus my target market.
Thanks Lorraine!
