Joes’s Butcher Shop and Fish Market, Carmel’s only independent butcher, announced yesterday Chef Tony Hanslits, Director of The Chef's Academy in Indianapolis, will be the guest griller on June 9th from 12:30 – 3:30 pm as part of Joe’s month long grilling celebration.
