Now that summer is here, everyone has shifted their attention to barbequing and grilling. To celebrate warmer weather, Joe’s Butcher Shop and Fish Market, Carmel’s only independent butcher, announced a month-long grilling celebration. Throughout the month of June, Joe’s will host a series of Saturday demonstrations featuring national celebrities and world class events.
