Ellyn S. Traub, Executive Coach and Founder of High Performance Leadership, Inc., Carmel, Indiana, was chosen to be one of the featured workshop facilitators during the Society of Women Engineer’s 2007 National Conference. Ms. Traub also presented at the SWE Chicago Regional Professional Development Conference in 2002.

With more than thirty years as a marketing professional (lie, tell me I don't look that old) I enjoy keeping things lively, living on the bleeding edge of new marketing. A native New Yorker, I am Hoosier by choice, and am committed to fostering growth and entrepreneurship in my adopted city. Recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal as one of the Most Influential Women in Indianapolis, I am an active member of the local Indianapolis business community. When not at Roundpeg, I can be found, sharing what I knows in seminars and presentations around the country. I have an BA from Queens College, City University of NY, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
