Indiana Youth Pro Association will award the Indiana Youth Development Credential (IYD) to AYS, Inc. employee Margaret Smith. The credential will be presented to Smith by MCCOY Executive Director John Brandon at North Elementary in Noblesville on October 19 at 7:30 a.m. Smith is the program director for the AYS before- and after-school program at North.
