The Indiana Economic Development Corp., which manages the 21st Century Research and Technology Fund, says the fund has invested $30.2 million in 28 Indiana ventures this year.
Expanding this type of investment will make a tremendous difference in the next few years. While a good start, we still run significantly behind many states in the level of investment in new technology. As these new ventures succeed, I hope conservative Hoosiers may be more willing to invest in the next ones!
