AYS Receives Grant to Better Serve Children with Special Needs

AYS received a $10,000 grant from Noblesville Community Fund, a fund of Legacy Fund, a CICF affiliate. The grant will allow AYS to provide a special needs assistant at its Noblesville after-school and early childhood programs that have a high concentration of children with physical or behavioral issues, as well as related training for staff and sensory and motor-skills development equipment. The funding will be used through the rest of the school year and during the AYS summer day camps.
